Stressful times and experiences in life it can leave traces in our bodies and cause emotional congestion.
We tend to call that a cellular memory. So, when we go through stresses again in our lives that old stress memory is triggered, sometimes again and again. This often will start showing up as clues from our bodies or in our mental/emotional health. Over the years I had studies various ways to clear out the “congestion”, we also could refer to it as triggers, emotional blind spots, or blockages. Emotional Balancing can make a world of difference in your life and for your health!
So, what do we do about it?
